Urban South Studios interior architecture program provides space planning, construction documentation, and finish specification for homeowners, contractors, or developers. From concept through construction documentation and finish specifications, we can guide you through a renovation or new construction project.  For a more comprehensive service, we can provide construction administration and we offer 3-D modeling to enable our clients to see the spaces and the new design’s potential during the design phase.  

Interior Architectural Design services are a minimum of 3% of the total project budget.

Interior Design

Urban South Studios offers full-service interior design for residential and boutique commercial clients. From furniture layout to artwork placement, your design is tailored to you or your brand. We will manage and implement your design for a full-service, turn-key experience.

interior styling

Calling all homeowners in need of styling help but have the energy to DIY. Urban South Studios can specify items to round-out a room you have started to decorate or start a design for you to complete at your pace. This service will provide you with a list and image board of retail items that are personalized to your taste.
